A rare blues outlet in this part of the city, Rosa's was reportedly founded by an Italian who met Junior Wells in Milan and was inspired to study the classic lounges of the South Side. It's considered the North Side's most authentic blues club (and also happened to be the Czech Republic's philosopher king Vaclav Havel's favorite).
