The Cutty Sark in London

Show Map
A preserved tea and wool clipper built in 1869 which set the record for passage from Australia under sail. The Cutty Sark was set on fire early on 21 May 2007. Much of the ship's infrastructure had been removed, since it was in the middle of a conservation project, but it is unlikely to be much of a tourist attraction in the near future. The expected date for the exhibit to open is spring 2012.
